A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and bridal services. This ensures your time slot is reserved and your artist is available exclusively for you.

Appointments scheduled before 9:00 AM are considered early, and those after 7:00 PM are considered late. A $25 fee will be added to your total for these timeframes.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is allowed with 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability.

• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.

• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

Clients who miss their appointment without notice forfeit their deposit and remain responsible for full payment. Future appointments will require direct approval before booking.
